lilacs courtesy of Tamra J. Parker of Tam's Think Tank
after two years, our baby lilac blooms again in a mass of changing purples.
i am become all sweetness
i sigh with flowers
a slow push of hues
purple seeks lilacs
deep and full of fruit
slowly color fades to scent
so like these lilacs
i am deep and dark
warm light gathers to softness
flood the air with scent!
i lose consciousness
to all but blooming lilacs
